We do the handover clean on new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. Dust off everything, protection off the floors, glass done, sanitary ware finished — the point where a finished job finally looks finished.
We work to your programme. Handover dates move and trades overrun. Evenings and weekends are normal for us, so a Friday completion for a Monday handover isn’t a problem — we’d just rather be told late than find out on the day.

- Access times and who holds the keys
- A realistic call on when the trades will genuinely be finished

You sign it off on site, not by email three days later.
Most of our work comes from people who build for a living, not from one-off clients.
Builders, developers, shopfitters and fit-out contractors. If you’ve a run of plots, units or shops coming through, we’d rather price the programme than the property — it’s cheaper for you and it means we’re already in the diary when the dates move.
