Turnaround isn’t a job, it’s a deadline — and it’s the one part of the year where there’s no room to run over. We handle summer turnaround for student accommodation across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.
We agree the block order and the dates before we start, and we work to it. You get a room-by-room sign-off, so you know exactly what’s been done and what still needs maintenance rather than cleaning.
- Full room cleans — bedrooms, en-suites, study areas
- Shared kitchens and communal living space
- Corridors, stairwells and entrances
- Laundry and utility rooms
- Bin stores and external communal areas
- Windows internally, frames and sills
- Room-by-room checks with a written sign-off
- Waste cleared, with removal arranged through a licensed waste carrier
We come and look
Nobody can price a floor they haven't stood on. We walk the building, note the finishes, the access and the state it's in.
You get it in writing
What's included, how long it takes, and what it costs. The price we quote is the price you pay.
We work when you're closed
Evenings, nights or weekends — whichever suits the building. You're not working round us and we're not working round you.
You sign it off on site
Not by email three days later.
Empty buildings and no public around. Nights and weekends aren't a problem — they're the easy part.
Accommodation providers, universities and private halls. The buildings are empty during turnaround, so there’s nobody to work round and no reason to stop at five.
Talk to us before the summer fills up. Turnaround happens to everyone in the same eight weeks, and the firms with capacity in June are booked by April.
