Nobody’s paying rent on this.
Every day it stands empty is a day it earns nothing.
We clean properties between tenants across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme, so the next viewing happens sooner and the property doesn’t sit there costing money.
We work for letting agents, landlords and property managers. Not tenants, and not private householders — which means we answer to the person paying, and the standard is the one that gets a deposit signed off rather than the one that gets an argument.
- Full clean throughout, room by room
- Kitchens — appliances inside and out, cupboards, extraction
- Bathrooms descaled, sanitised, grout treated
- Windows internally, plus frames, sills and tracks
- Carpets machine cleaned where they need it
- Skirtings, doors, frames, switches and sockets
- Rubbish and left goods cleared, with removal arranged through a licensed waste carrier
- Photographs on completion if you want them for the file
We come and look
Nobody can price a floor they haven't stood on. We walk the building, note the finishes, the access and the state it's in.
You get it in writing
What's included, how long it takes, and what it costs. The price we quote is the price you pay.
We work when you're closed
Evenings, nights or weekends — whichever suits the building. You're not working round us and we're not working round you.
You sign it off on site
Not by email three days later.
If you're turning properties round regularly, we'd rather agree rates once than quote every flat from scratch.
Letting agents, landlords and block managers. Tell us how many you handle and we’ll set standing rates and a callout arrangement — you ring, we go, no back and forth over a two-bed in Fenton.
Longer voids get priced on inspection. A property standing empty for months isn’t a standard clean — damp smells, dust, sometimes worse. We’d rather look at it than pretend a flat rate covers it.
Send us the address and the check-out date.
Tell us the property and when it's empty. We'll come and look, then put a price in writing.
