Dental & medical practice cleaning in Stoke-on-Trent & Newcastle-under-Lyme
A practice is judged twice: by the patient in the waiting room, and by CQC on inspection day. We clean for both.
Atlas provides dental practice cleaning and medical centre cleaning across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme — after your last patient leaves, on a fixed programme, so the surgery opens ready every morning. Most practices are shut by six. Ours is typically a one-to-two-hour clean, out of hours, business premises only.
Colour-coded. Never crossed.
We work to the National Colour Coding Scheme. Clinical rooms, washrooms, general areas and staff kitchens each have their own dedicated cloths, mops and buckets — stored separately, never crossed between areas. It’s the system hospitals use to stop cross-contamination, sized for a practice.
The paperwork your CQC file wants.
Every contract starts with a written cleaning specification agreed with your practice manager — what’s cleaned, to what frequency, with what. Every visit ends with a signed record: date, times in and out, tasks completed, exceptions noted. The folder stays on site. When an inspector asks how the premises are cleaned, you hand it over.
We know where the line is.
Atlas provides environmental cleaning only. We never clean, move or handle clinical instruments or equipment, sharps containers, or clinical waste — those stay with your clinical team and your own infection-control procedures, where they belong.
DBS-checked, after hours.
Our cleaners are DBS-checked and work after close. We also provide medical cleaning services for GP surgeries, clinics and treatment rooms — same kit discipline, same documentation, same fixed programme.
